2. Replacements for Damaged Mugs
In the rare event that your mug arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it for you. However, to qualify for a replacement, you must follow these steps:

• Provide Proof: To initiate the replacement process, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the mug's damage, including images of the damaged mug and the packaging it arrived in.
• Return Damaged Mug: We may require you to return the damaged mug to us for inspection or disposal as per our instructions. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged item.
Please note that replacements are subject to product availability. If the same mug is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
